2.0:

Version 2.0 has broken start menu support but the tray menu options are buggy. It is a lot larger since I embedded the panepaper.ico in all exes. version 2.0 also seems to use more cpu but I haven't confirmed that. It does not include the right click menu bgs or the jumplist bgs, and the taskbar utils bg has less of the popups included in v2.0. PanePaper v2.0+ now lets you export your apps as .ppwt file themes and import .ppwt file themes.

2.0 → 3.1:

version 3.1 adds shell rightclick menu bgs (for file explorer, desktop bg and taskbar.) and the windows 10 toast notifications also have a bg. The taskbar utils now bg includes more popups. The Jumplists (that rightclick menu from the taskbar which has an option to pin/unpin the icon you rightclick on.) also has its own bg. I added shell accent colors that only affect notepad and explorer, mainly their text colors. (accent is buggy sometimes since it uses undocumented bytes) The tray menu now correctly shows the option to close the bgs when they are running and switch it to run saved one when it is closed. And I removed the start menu bg since it was buggy.
